Nernst equation:
Ecell = Eºcell + RT ln [Al3+]2 / [Cu2+]3
So decreasing [Al3+] would decrease the voltage
So decreasing [Cu2+] would increase the voltage
I don't think changing the surface area should affect the voltage. It would affect the current I believe, but not the voltage. Not positive about this last point.
