There's a formula that connects arc length, radius and central angle:
arc length = (radius)* (central angle in RADIANS) ------- Books (or your notes) often have it as s = r*θ
that means: (central angle in RADIANS) = arc length/radius
----> (central angle in RADIANS) = 93/19
You can put it in your calculator to find a numerical value, if that's what the problem is asking you to do.
