When calculating the pH of a solution, the volume is not relevant. The pH of 10 mls is the same as the pH of 20 mls or 100 mls. The pH of 0.1 M HCl is 1.0 whether it is 25 mls or any other volume.
pH = -log [H+]
[H+] of 0.1 M HCl = 0.1 M
-log 0.1 = 1.0 = pH
