Find an equation of the parabola with vertex at (0,0) and the focus (0,-4)

(x - h)2 = 4p(y - k)

vertex at (h, k)

focus at (h, k + p)

what would the answer be (the equation) because when I put in the numbers I get (0-0)^2=4a(-4-0), but I do not think that is quite the correct answer.

So if a=0 would the equation answer be (x-0)^2=0(y-0)? Or would it be (x-0)^2=0?
