This is similar to your previous question dealing with the Arrhenius equation. Use the same approach as i did and solve for and solve for k2 using k1=0.820, T1=80+273, T2=247+273 and don't forget to change units of R to kJ/molK. Good luck. You should be able to solve for k2.
