You need to draw the Lewis structures and then use VSEPR to determine the electron group geometry and the molecular geometry. It is difficult for us to draw anything on this platform, so I won't attempt the show you the Lewis structures. But hopefully you can draw them and then see what the geometries are.

Si will be the central atom and it will have one lone pair and two bonding pairs.
Electron geometry is trigonal planar
Molecular geometry is bent
BCl3
B will be the central atom and it will have no lone pairs and 3 bonding pairs
Electron geometry will be trigonal planar
Molecular geometry will be trigonal planar
NO2-
N will be the central atom and will have one lone pair and 2 bonding pairs
Electron geometry will be trigonal planar
Molecular geometry will be bent
