We can't easily draw on this platform, but I'll try to give you a description of how to draw the Lewis structure.
Draw the carbon chain with the O-H attached
C-C-O-H
Add 3 H to the first C and 2 H to the 2nd C.
Put 2 dots above the O and 2 dots below the O (those are lone pairs of electrons)
That will be the Lewis structure.
The number of C-H bonds = 5
The number of O-H bonds is 1
The number of C-C single bonds = 1
The number of C-O single bonds = 1
The total number of lone pairs = 2
