What are the units of 1.43x106? Are those liters? Since the question is asking for the final volume, I'll assume that is the initial volume in liters. That being the case, and assuming the pressure is constant, we simply use Charles' Law to solve the problem.
V1/T1 = V2/T2
V1 = initial volume = 1.43x106 L
T1 = initial temperature in K = 11 + 273 = 284K
V2 = final volume = ?
T2 = final temperature in K = 131 + 273 = 404K
V2 = V1T2 / T1
V2 = (1.43x106 L)(404K) / (284K)
V2 = 2.03x106 L
