How do I organize all the macromolecules(protein, carbohydrates, lipids)?

When I was first tutoring nursing, exercise physiology, etc. students, this was very difficult for them. I kept getting more and more students and the school said I couldn't have that many tutees because it was becoming a class- LOL. I actually had to do my own chart for them and they understood the macromolecules from thereon. So, in this case, the A&P books I've seen do not make a chart. Therefore, you'll have to do your own or borrow another students chart.
