b. A sheet of aluminum foil, 165.0 cm x 23 cm x 0.980 mm

c. 1.0 L of water

Here are the masses for each:

a) 162 cm x 1.1 cm x 0.70 cm x 7.86 g / cm³ = 980 g

b) 165 cm x 23 cm x 0.980 mm x 1 cm/10 mm x 2.70 g / cm³ = 1004 g

c) 1.0 L x 1000 cm³ / L x 0.998 g/cm³ = 998 g
