Graham's Law of Effusion:
rate gas 1 / rate gas 2 = sqrt MW gas 2 / sqrt MW gas 1
That is to say, the rate of effusion is inversely related to the sqrt of the molar mass.
I don't know much about this GRESA format but hopefully you can figure out what is given, required, etc.
let rate of gas x = 1
rate of N2 = 1.812
rate gas 1 / rate gas 2 = sqrt MW gas 2 / sqrt MW gas 1
1 / 1.812 = sqrt 28.02 / sqrt x
0.5519 = 5.293 / √x
√x = 9.591
x = 91.99 g/mol = molar mass of x
