If you assume that HK is a line segment with J as a point ON that line...
HJ + JK = HK
so...
x + 10 + 9x = 14x - 58
10x + 10 = 14x - 58
10= 4x - 58
68 = 4x
17 = x
HJ = x + 10 = 17 + 10 = 27
JK = 9x = 9 * 17 = 153
