Question on Statistics

Organizers of a local charity fun run believe that 68% of participants know what the money raised is going to support. The organizers would like to simulate asking 10 participants, "Do you know what the money raised by the fun run is going to support?".

a. Which of the following setups would allow the organizers to use a random digit table for the simulation?

The digits 0 - 7 represent the person saying yes and all other digits represent no.

The digits 01 - 68 represent the person saying yes and all other digits represent no.

The digits 1 - 7 represent the person saying yes and all other digits represent no.

The digits 00 - 68 represent the person saying yes and all other digits represent no.

b. The organizers decide to let the digits 32 - 99 represent a person answering "yes" and the digits 00 - 31 represent a person answering "no". Using the random digit table below, and starting in the top left corner, what percentage of the first ten simulated participants answered "yes"? Express your answer as a percentage.
