What reaction do you expect to take place?
Do you want to react calcium sulfate with sodium nitrate, or calcium nitrate with sodium sulfate? I think you want the latter.
Ca(NO3)2(aq) + Na2SO4(aq) ==> CaSO4(s) + 2NaNO3(aq) ... balanced equation
The reaction to form a precipitate of calcium sulfate should not take very long. Depending on the temperature and the concentrations, perhaps only a few minutes.

CaSO4 (s) + 2NaNO3 --> Na2SO4 (aq) + Ca(NO3)2 (aq) I want this reaction, room temperature and 0,05 mole beginning concentration and mCaSO4/ mWater=1/1008/13/21
