Molarity (M) means moles of solute per liter of solution.
In the current problem, we have 0.342 moles of Ca(OH)2 per liter of solution, i.e. 0.342 M Ca(OH)2.
Assuming complete dissociation/ionization, that would be 0.342 M Ca2+ and 2x0.342 = 0.684 M OH- ions.
This is because you get 2 moles of OH- for every 1 mol of Ca2+
Ca(OH)2 ==> Ca2+ + 2OH-
