It is not clear if it is open or closed loop
Assuming the following conditions-
1)If the DC rail to rail of the op amp is more than the 10v pp, ( to avoid clipping of the output)
2) If the gain bandwidth of the op amp is with in the limit.
3)No DC offset
If the above 3 conditions are true and if it is closed loop then the out put is the invert of product of the gain and the input. Let's say the input is 10sin(10kt+a)Vpp ; where a is phase shift, then the
output is (-gain)(10sin(10kt+a)Vpp)
If the op amp circuit is open loop, then the op amp will act as a comparator and the out put will swing to one of the rails. ( that is the DC bias voltage of the op amp)
