show that
lim→(0,0) (|x|^a|x|^b) ⁄ (|x|^c +|x|^d)
this does not exist
Looking at the denominator, (|x|^c +|x|^d) cannot = 0
But when x→0, (|x|^c +|x|^d) = 0 which proves that the limit cannot exist
