(-15, 8) is in the 2nd quadrant
hypotenuse = square root of 15^2 + 8^2 = sqr(225+64) = sqr(289) = 17
sinx=8/17 cosx = -15/17
cscx= 17/8 secx =-17/15
tanx = -8/15 cotx = - 15/8
angle = 180-28.072 = 151.928 degres
angle = 152 degrees = 152/180 pi = 0.844 pi radians
