Find the rate of the reaction when the concentrations of A and B are, respectively, 0.1 M and 0.15 M

A student performed a chemical reaction which involved one mole of A reacting with 2 moles of B to form one mole of product C.

This reaction is 0 order for A and first order for B. The initial rate of the reaction is 1.2 M/s when both initial concentrations of reactants are 0.2 M.

  1. Determine k (include units)
  2. Find the rate of the reaction when the concentrations of A and B are, respectively, 0.1 M and 0.15 M.
