You can use Z-table or Technology like TI-84.
Z-table:
Z-table shows probability to the left of the z-score. Some tables are different, Look at the Normal Density Curve on the top of the Z-table.
P ( Z > -0.44 ) = 1 - P ( Z < -0.44 ) = 1 - 0.33 = 0.67 = 67 %
In Z-table look at the first column under Z for -.4 and first row for 0.04 the intersection inside the table gives you the probability for z < -0.44 which is 0.33 .
TI-84 : For Standard Normal Distribution, Z-table, average Mu = 0 and Standard Deviation Sigma=1 always.

Lower: -0.44
Upper: 9999
mu: 0
Sigma: 1
