What is the length of the hypotenuse of a 30-60-90 right triangle, if the length of the shorter leg is 5cm

David W.

For 30-60-90 triangle, if the shorter leg is x, then the hypotenuse is 2x, and the other leg is x*SQRT(3). So, the Pythagorean Theorem gives 1 + 3 = 4.
