Good question.
First, you can always graph them as secant = 1/cos(x) and cosecant = 1/sin(x) and take a look.
Next, we know that cos(x) can equal 0 and sin(x) can equal 0. If we have numbers approaching 0 in a denominator, then the values will be going to infinity (or negative infinity).
So, without a limited domain, no.
