You can draw the function on Desmos and read off the y values when x = -1. 0, 1, 2, 3 then put the y values in increasing order
Or calculate f(-1), f(0) .. yourself
f(-1) = (-1) ^3 - 4 (-1)^2 + 3 (-1) - 2 = -1 - 4 - 3 - 2 = -10
