Go into your calculator stats list or Minitab or wherever you're doing this.
Fill in the data: these 10 weights.
Calculate 1-Var-Stats.
Mean = 153.6
SD = 25.9 (we're using population stan dev because this is all of the acrobats, not a sample of them)
Within one SD = 153.6 plus or minus 25.9, or (127.7, 179.5). Count how many acrobats have a weight between those and turn it into a percentage.
Within two SDs = 153.6 plus or minus 2*25.9. Same deal.
