Hydrogen ion (H+) concentration and hydronium ion (H3O+) concentration essentially mean the same thing.
The definition of pH is the negative log of the hydrogen (hydronium) ion concentration.
1). pH = 3.98
[H+] = 1x10-3.98 = 1.05x10-4 M
2). pH = 8.98
[H+] = 1x10-8.98 = 1.05x10-9 M
3). pH = 6.98
[H+] = 1x10-6.98 = 1.05x10-7 M
