unless you really meant
y- (4-x-y)/2 then
= y-2 -x/2 -y/2
= y/2 -x/2 - 2
you have an expression you can simplify, but there is no equation to solve
unless maybe that - sign was really an = sign
then y=(4-x-y)/2 could be solved for y
y=2 -x/2 -y/2
3y/2 = 2-x/2
y = (2/3)(2-x/2)
y = -x/3 + 4/3 in slope intercept form
