A(-4,3) B(1,-5) C(-4,-5)
This is right angle triangle. ∠C=90°
BC = 5units ( 1 to -4 along x-axix)
AC = 8units ( 3 to -5 along y-axix)
AB = √52 + 82 = 9·43 units
Perimeter = AB + BC + AC
P = 9.43 + 5 + 8 = 22·43units.

22.43 = perimeter
Area = 20 altitude =8, base = 5, hypotenuse = sqr(64+25) = sqr89 = about 9.43
9.43 + 5 = 8 = 22.43 = perimeter
