A population of values has a normal distribution with μ=82.6 and σ=56.2. You intend to draw a random sample of size n=223.
Find P9, which is the score separating the bottom 9% scores from the top 91% scores.
Find P9, which is the mean separating the bottom 9% means from the top 91% means.

When it says P9 that refers to the 9th percentile, so what you want to do is use either a normal distribution table or calculator in order to find what Z score goes with that percentile level. In this case that would be Z = -1.34.
From there then you can use the formula
x = mean + z * standard deviation in order to solve for the score value.
