Hello and I need help with a riddle that involves math.

I had to find the square root if 7918596, which is 2814 and put it together with a circle slice. I am not sure on how to exactly do that. I have to find a superhero that would be the best to protect the circle slice with 2814. I believe its area but I'm not too sure, I need help thank you.

It is a Pizza place since 1955 I don't know it is in every state. In the old comics I think Green Lantern was protector of Sector 2814 I guess on could say it was his slice of the Universe.
