I can't easily draw a molcule, especially with the hydrogens attached. Here is the carbon backbone. Just add H's until each carbon has 4 bonds.

The octane is the center backbone of 8 carbons.. The carbons on the octane are numbered from left to right, statring with the nside that has the largest nearby groups hanging off the backbone.

The attached groups (ethyl and three methyl groups) are identified by their carbon location. Thus, we can see that the ethyl group is on the 3rd carbon and the three methyl groups are on the 2, 4, and 5 carbons, thus the name 3-ethyl-2,4,5-trimethyloctane.
