Electrolysis is different from electrolytic dissociation, so I'll assume you mean the latter.
Nitric acid = HNO3: HNO3 ==> H+ + NO3-. The anion is nitrate
Sulfuric acid = H2SO4: H2SO4 ==> H+ + HSO4- ==> H+ + SO42-, The HSO4- is bisulfate (or hydrogen sulfate) and SO42- is sulfate
Phosphoric acid = H3PO4: H3PO4 ==> H+ + H2PO4- ==> H+ + HPO42- ==> H+ + PO43-.
H2PO4- is dihydrogen phosphate, HPO42- is hydrogen phosphate and PO43- is phosphate
Carbonic acid = H2CO3: H2CO3 ==> H+ + HCO3- ==> H+ + CO32-. HCO3- is bicarbonate and CO32- is carbonate
