You could plot it very carefully. or
You could calculate the distances of RV, RT, VT, TS
if they're all equal, it's a square
they all appear to be sqr5
take the difference in y coordinates squared, add to the difference in x coordinates, then take the square root.
Also calculate RS and TV. They are both sqr10. That's the diagonals of the square, which is sqr2 times the length of each side, sqr5. That shows it has 90 degree angles. It's a square.
