first we turn the mixed number into improper fraction:

multiply denominator (5 ) by whole number (5) and add numerator (4) to get improper fraction:

5 * 5 = 25 then add 4 to 25 which is 29

so now we turned 5 4/5 into 29/5. now we can multiply:

29/5 * 2/3 = (29 * 2) / (5 * 3) = 58/15

reduce to 3 13/15
