they look like right triangles, so all 3 angles are similar, both have 23 and 90, so the 3rd angles also have to both be 180-23-90 = 67 degrees
2 sides are clearly marked, the diagonal half lines, as identical, and with all 3 angles the same, the other 2 sides are also identical
with identical angles and corresponding identical sides, the triangles are congruent
actually they don't have to be right triangles, although they definitely appear to be. the angles at the cross in the center are also equal, so whether the 3rd angles are right or not, all 3 angles are the same for both triangles.
