Probability is 2/5 to get a 1 or a 2.

In 10 spins, would get 2/5 * 10 = 4 1's or 2's

in 250 spins, would get 2/5 * 250 = 100 1's or 2's

in 400 spins, would get 2/5 * 400 = 160 1's or 2's
