If you get only 0.2 mols PH3 from the P4, that would be the limiting reactant, NOT H2. The rest of your reasoning is fine, but you missed the limiting reactant part.

Oh, I am really sorry I missed that. You are correct, the limiting reactant is P4 and the answer is 6.80 g of PH3.
