asked 05/12/21Which statistical test should I use to analyze the data?
I have ordinal data with a five-point Likert scale from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The frequency data of performance shows that 4 people represents very negative , 11 people represents negative, 19 people represents no effect. Which test should I use to know these 4, 11, 19 are significant difference?

You will most likely conduct a chi square test as you are dealing with categorical data. From what I am seeing, you can calculate the expected frequencies. You already have the actuals. Then derive the chi square test and draw your conclusions. Thanks.
