Find the volume of a cube with a base diameter of 18m and a height of 8m rounded to the nearest ten

Did you mean a cylinder rather than a cube? If so the volume is V = pi*r^2*h where r is the radius of the base and h is the height.

Judging from the question, it seems like you are referring to a cylinder. If this is the case, given that the base diameter is 18, the radius will be 9.
