The cell potential is the same as the standard cell potential.
This would be the case because, according to the Nernst equation, the cell potential is dependent on the ratio of the concentration of Cu2+ and Ag+ and under standard conditions that value is 1. If changing concentrations to 0.5 for each, the ratio is still 1, so it will have no effect on the cell potential.
