Because the slope of the line doesn't depend on the constants a and b, you can plug in values for a and b. The easiest way of doing this is just making both a and b equal to 0.
Therefore we get points T(0,0), U(2,2), V(5,-1), and W(3, -3).
Get the slope of line segment UV:
Use the formula: m = (y2 - y1)/ (x2 - x1)
Any line parallel to this line segment will have the same slope
