First, always start by drawing a picture so you can see a visual representation of the problem. As you can see in my picture, I labeled the rectangle with the length and width you provided, as well as used that information to find the radius of the semicircle. The information you provided does not say whether the semicircles are on the length or width, so I solved this based on them being the width. Please double check if the semicircles should have a diameter of 84 or 52m.
Find the area of each part: rectangle + 2 semicircles. The semicircles have the same measurements, so you can really just find the area of the circle as if the 2 halves are together instead of apart.
Add the areas together and that will be your final answer.
