If a radio wave has a frequency of 7.25 x 105 Hz, what is its wavelength?

There are certain equations you need to know when dealing with wavelength and frequency.

c = λν where c = speed of light (3x108 m/sec); λ = wavelength and ν = frequency

E = hν where E = energy and h = Plank's constant

For this current problem, we simply use c = λν and solve for wavelength (λ)

λ = 3x10⁸ ms^-1 / 7.25x10⁵ s^-1 (Hz = s^-1)

λ = 4.14x10² m
