Computer Science: Help using React Native, Axios, and Express API together

Question

Please help. I am trying to use Axios to bind my React-Native app to an Express API. When I try to run the app on a server I get this message in my terminal: [Error: Network Error] . I have tried to change the URL to my IP address as well as trying to implement Cors. I also tried HTTP and HTTP secured (HTTPS). Still, to no avail. I will include the link to my code on GitHub my code- that is the only error message.
