You should remember the following three clockwise (CW) rotational transformations about the origin. The starting point's on the left, the image point's on the right:
R90°
(x,y) ------------> (y, -x)
R180°
(x,y) ------------> (-x,-y)
R270°
(x,y) ------------> (-y,x)
For counterclockwise (CCW) rotations, R90 CW = R270 CCW and R270 CW = R90 CCW. R180 is the same for both CW and CCW. These are only true for rotations about the origin (0,0).

As a tutor, I'm happy to help you understand how to do your homework, but I am not here to do your homework for you. You want the R270 transformation. (x,y) = (4,-6). The image point is (-y,x). Plug in the (x,y) values.04/14/21
