using frequency table to determine what range most of data falls under

how would i use a frequency table to determine what range most of the data falls under? And how would i determine the percentage of the total that is?

Answer 1

divide the frequency by the total # of statistics and multiply by 100%.

That will tell you the frequency as a percent.

Ex.

1,2,3,3,4,4,4,5,6,7,7,7,8,9,10,11,11,11,12,13

stat Freq Percent

2 1 5%

3 2 2/20 = 10%

4 3 3/20 = 15%
