Use an ICE table.
2A(aq) + B(aq) <==> C(aq)

0.2-2x....0.15-x..........x........Equilbrium
K = 1.10x10-4 = [C] / [A]2[B]
1.1x10-4 = x / (0.2-2x)2(0.15-x)
To solve for the equilibrium concentration of C, simply solve for x and that will be the answer. This now becomes a math/algebra problem, which hopefully you can solve.
