tan(x) = opposite/adjacent (where "x" is the unknown angle)
tan(x) = 16/9 (where 16 is opposite "x" and 9 is adjacent to "x")
tan-1(16/9) = x (inverse "cos" to find the angle measure)
x = 60.64 degrees
