I would agree with your choices. I had to pause when I considered the answer to The Greek letter δ (delta) is used to signify ____, because "a small fraction" didn't initially register with me. I have always thought of it as "partial" as in a "partial positive or negative" charge in a polar molecule. I guess that's the same as "a small fraction".
