Are all linear pairs supplementary?

If they are linear pairs ,are they always supplementary? Or should they always be supplementary?

What if intersecting lines are not supplementary, are they still linear pairs?

Well the lines are not supplementary. The angles are. And two intersection lines always create four linear pairs of angles (draw a picture).
