I want to use the equation: Z = X-μ/σ, but I don't know where to start. Please help me out.

find z-score associated with 49th percentile. (-0.025)

using formula for z-score:

-0.025 = (x - 70.1)/10.2

solve for x and that is the score for the 49th percentile.
